Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Do I Have To Be A Member?

Priority access is for members, and members friends and family, but we may have a few spaces available for drop ins. Spaces will be limited if available. Prices and booking for each event is above. Please contact us before you purchase an event to make sure it is suitable and if there is space.

Question 2: Can I Bring A Friend?

Members can bring a friend or family member for a free first taster, after that they'll have to pay a drop in rate for in person events. Members friends/family can join online workshops for free. If you are not a member, then you can bring a friend with you at the full drop in rate if there is availability.

Question 3: Is This Suitable? Do I need prior experience in yoga or fitness to join?

Please contact us before you attend to complete a health questionnaire and also to brief you so we can confirm if this workshop is suitable for you. Upon booking, you will receive a courtesy call.

Question 4: Whats Your Cancellation Policy?

Non Members: Free cancellation up until 24 hours before, at which point there is a no refund policy.

Members: if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of £25 to cover the costs of running the event. There is free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
