Strength

You don't need to strength train 52 weeks a year — but when you do, this structure ensures you build muscle without injury and gives each muscle chain enough time to recover.

Timing

Strength sessions are separated to allow opposing muscle chains to recover. Live practices land on lower-load days so you arrive fresh and get more from them.

Flexibility

Home practice sessions can shift by a day — life doesn't always go to plan. The live practices are your anchor points. Build the rest of your week around those.

Beth Rye is Barefoot Crew's nutritionist. She works alongside Oli to address the nutritional side of your programme — anti-inflammatory eating, body composition, energy, and sustainable habits. She's included in the Body Repair Shop and Longevity+ memberships.
